Rosie Galligan Visiting More Park

We were delighted to welcome back former pupil Rosie Galligan to our school this week. Rosie is a key member of the Red Roses, England’s national women’s rugby team, and has represented her country on the world stage, including at the 2022 Women’s Rugby World Cup and the 2025 World Cup, where England were crowned Champions. During her visit, Rosie delivered an inspiring whole-school assembly, giving pupils the opportunity to ask questions and learn about her journey from school sport to elite international professional rugby. She also visited each class, engaging with pupils individually and sharing powerful messages about hard work, resilience, teamwork, and self-belief. It was a truly memorable and motivating visit for our school community, and we look forward to welcoming Rosie back later this year to coach pupils and further develop their practical rugby skills.
